Jennifer (Lenahan) Cleary is the Associate Director of the Professional Science Masters program at Rutgers University. She has fifteen years of experience as a senior researcher at the John J. Heldrich Center for Workforce Development, also at Rutgers, where she sought to understand how the skill needs of employers in various industries are changing. Ms. Cleary also managed large evaluation research projects for higher education programs that prepare people for work. She has authored a wide range of evaluation and industry reports, including reports on green jobs, life sciences, IT, transportation, and many others. Prior to her work in research and evaluation, Ms. Cleary managed a shelter for homeless families and spent several years working with people with disabilities. In her spare time, Ms. Cleary enjoys hiking, photography, and attending live music events.
